Refund Department is the worst

I have been trying to get a refund from Greyhound since December 2024, they sent me a bunch of forms to fill out and requested other information which i provided. The refunds department has been ignoring my emails despite my multiple follow-up attempts, it is March 2025 now and still i have not received any correspondence or feedback for that matter. Such terrible service
