Refund department

The service from Mpho Mabote and Thuli Makhanye is a disgrace. Been waiting for an answer on question since Wednesday. When I phone I am told they are on lunch. Can't get a hold of either and am being told the Manager doesn't speak to customers. Is there any competent staff that can assist with my query at refund department???
