Refund bookings!

We booked a bus ticket for 7 adults on the 27th of January 2024 and cancelled booking and submitted the refund forms on the 06th of February 2024 , we called the greyhound number *** and they have not given us any solid answer to when are we going to get our refund and they said refunds will be issued within 21working days , we have passed the time period and still nothing , and when they transfer us to the refunds department it does not go through. We do not get any feedback on emails or get hold of the refunds department on the line and call centre is busy keeping endless promises without any refund or soild information , Poor service!we have been experiencing and they do not want to give us our money back ,please help us!
