Refund

I canceled a R600 ticket, and app**** for a refund and was told it would take 7 to 21 days to process. I sent emails after 21 days, no replies, I used over R200 of airtime to call them almost every day, was told the refund people went to a workshop, they kept on giving excuses. Then I was told the person who needs to sign off the application is overseas. Too much hassle, it's been 3 months now without my refund back.
