Refund

I have been struggling to get my refund since begining if february. Was traveling from durban to pretoria and the call centre called asking that i give up the 2 sits for my kids and i will get my refund when i get to pretoria on the same day but to this day i have not received it and there is no communication from them, i had to carry one of my kids for hours. Every time when i call them they say they will transfer me to their manager but the line that they transfer to goes to voicemail and disconnect
