Refund

Am so disappointed and angry with the service of greyhound I've app**** for my refund in July till today I haven't received anything. I've email all my documents. And one of the lady called Mbali said the money was transferred into my account I told her I didn't receive any money,I sended the proof of bank statement showing that no amount was deposited into my account. Can some please assist or tell me something
