I booked a bus from my sister From Port Elizabeth to Cape Town. They sent an sms stating the bus would be late, however they changed that without informing us. When we got to the pick up point the bus had already left. We were then told to chase the bus to Baywest mall because they would wait there and when we got to Baywest the bus driver/assistant said they were 7 km away and they would wait there. I ended up driving all the way to Jeffreys bay and when we got to the bus, other passengers started shouting and howling at my sister. The bus drivers also joined in bashing my sister (report from a call).

The sms reporting that the bus is back on normal schedule only came in at 7:27 when were already on the way to Jeffreys.

This is the worst service I have yet recieved.
