Rebooking

This morning on the 29th January 2015,i called Greyhound call centre to reinstate my ticket that was cancelled last month. After giving reference number, I was told that the ticked was never cancelled maybe I should provide the date and number that I called from. After supplying all necessary information consultant told me she will investigate and return back to me. In less than 4 minutes I was given feedback and my ticket was reinstated. I'm so thrilled with her exceptional service. Keep it up Sandra!!!
