Quick to take, not so quick to refund!

Quick to take money(about 30seconds), not so quick to refund (apparently 7 to 21 days). Be sure when you make a booking that you won't need a refund because apparently nothing happens very fast when it comes to passing money back to the client. Cancelled five days ago, after waiting for three days for a consultant to call me. Called today and was informed that it can take up to 21 days for refunds to be made. Oh, and don't forget the R50.00 charged per ticket for poor service
