Quality of Service

RE: Bus from 13:30 JHB to DBN <br> Firstly we booked with Greyhound because expected good service. The bus was delayed by 30min due to some reason which we expected. Then during the trip we there was only one movie played that to without sound. We where further delayed when a passengers luggage was lost. Maybe this service was stopped but no coffee or Teas were offered. we where a party of 4 traveling and we will never travel with Greyhound again. It would have been better if we traveled with one of your cheaper competitors because that's now the level of your service.
