Put your house in order Greyhound.

I am very much disappointed with the manner in which Greyhound is dealing with its industrial action. i bought a ticket from Zimbabwe to South Africa on the 19th of April only to be transferred to another bus operator. this was not the worst of it. upon my return to Zimbabwe on the 23rd they informed me that the staff members are still on industrial action and that if resolution is made by 5 o'clock i would be refunded in full. When i arrived at the office Pretoria Bosman station i was rudely informed that there was no cash at the office and that "there is nothing we can do for you" the only option i had left was to postpone my trip. While my heart goes out to the staff that feels mistreated let me bluntly submit to you that your industrial action is not my industrial action as well. i work in Zimbabwe and this has gravely inconvenienced me in many ways. A prestigious bus service such as Greyhound should afford us better treatment than that which we receive in taxis. i would like to appeal to senior management to be more hands on when handling such internal crisis such that they avoid having both staff and customers unhappy with their management. Moreover the staff members who man your reception desks during this time need to be pep talked before they begin service. for in the morning they dashed off to see Caster *****ya's parade before i was done enquiring on the way forward. Secondly Nicolie who was in office later needs to be taught a few manners she has no right to snap at me in the presence of my wife as though i asked her to pull a rabbit out of a hat. the one star i gave you greyhound on the ratings was out of extreme generosity. Put your house in order!!!
