Put your customers first

I'm not pleased with this bus service, my mom almost died because she couldn't eat so she can take her medication. She got a seat no 16 and that seat was not far from the toilet, She couldn't eat her blood pressure medication because the toilet was smelling and she couldn't eat. We pay so much money but this bus service can't invest in Self-cleaning toilets. I could have booked her a flight if I knew I was putting my mom's life on the line.
