Publicly embarrassed and humiliated my father

I booked a ticket for my father from Cape Town to Durban departing today 09/01/2018 at 12 noon and I really wanted him to experience travelling with Greyhound Dreamliner as I was told that compared to its competitors, that it's not only the most comfortable to travel with, but that they are extremely customer centric. An hour ago my father called me to advise how he has been humiliated and embarrassed infront of all the other passengers by one of your employees named Urich Richards. He rudely "reprimanded" my father as if he was a child infront of all other passengers that he Is not allowed to smoke between intermediate points. My father apologised but your employee still felt the need to threaten him stating, that if he if it happens again, he will have him arrested. A trip that was meant to be enjoyable has turned out to be daunting, humiliating and left to feel belittled. I will make it my duty to share the above mentioned on social media and with anyone who has ever considered traveling with Greyhound. This is unacceptable. I wish I never persuaded him to give you guys a chance. Regards, Ashruf.
