Pricing Differences

I went onto www.cityliner.co.za to make a booking for 2 tickets on the cityliner for Sunday 07/01/2018 from New Durban Station to Port Elizabeth. First time the price was R 685 pp. At this point I went back to restart the process as I thought it might have timed out and the price had gone up to R 755 pp. I completed the booking based on this price hoping the price would not go up if I waited longer. 20 min later I went on your site out of curiosity and checked the price and it had dropped back to R 685 pp. You did not provide me with a reference number so I could complete the original reservation price of R 685 pp. So your excuse that the seats were provisionally reserved cannot be valid. There is nothing sent to me saying these seats get reserved or anything prior to completion of payment. This is ****************. You have essentially ****** R 140 from me.
