Poors ervices Greyhound citiliner coaches

I am so disappointed at their service. I have been waiting at the Johannesburg park station. Been tossed to and from since 19h00 it is now 20h15 and I am suppose to report at work at 7h15 in the morning. We are hopelessly waiting for someone to tell us the next movement and there is no one at our rescue. This is so disgusting.
