Poor services on Refunds

<p>I went to book tickets at greyhound parkstation. On the 28th of September 2016 I went to change the tickey dates. The lady who was assisting said the system automatically cancel the ticket and the refund will be deposited into my account automatically within seven days. The seventh day was yesterday but the money has not reflected into my account. When I call they tell me stories they want my bank statements etc. I want my money greyhound as in now. What kind of a system where you change dates you cancel the whole transaction and refund which take seven days. You robbing people off their money.</p>
