Poor services from greyhound

Took me 3 busses to get from durban to cape town. I paid for greyhound bus arrived almost an hour late. 30 mins on the road driver said bus not able to continue. Waited for almost 2 hours just for them to send us a citiliner bus. Poor services.. this very same citiliner broke down 2 hours away from cpt. We had to wait on side of the road for a bus coming all the way from cpt. Service centre is useless.. instead of arriving in cpt at 9:15am we got to cpt after 4pm. What a disgrace..
