Poor services from Greyhound

Two elderly person bought tickets to travel Bloemfontein from Johannesburg, departure time was at 10 am after 12 on the bus these pensioners where still on the bus traveling. These old people had to sit from Johannesburg to Carltonville , Pochestrroom... etc to damn Kimberley situated past Bloemfontein and then back to Bloemfontein...what a ridiculous route... And the customer is not made aware of this arrangement when purchasing the ticket. Total discomfort and completely unreasonable. This is really exploiting customers.<br>
