Poor service,false information and broken promises:(

On the 20th of February I called in to cancel ticket dates , I spoke to a lady by the name of Ziyanda ref B5H8DQTK asking her to assist,lady wasn't happy to assist however she said to me she moved the dates to the next date required she just had to refund (of which I'll get the money after 3 days )and debit my account again then I will collect my tickets at shoprite, when I went to shop rite to collect I was advised the tickets were not booked the gentleman assisted me with bookings.I called the company after 3days as there was no money in my account and spoke to Amanda who said ziyanda will call me back"which she did not" I then called in again the next day spoke to happiness who put me through to Ziyanda who told me a different story that refund takes 7days money should be in my account on Friday the 1st of March making it the 10th day with less patience as usual experience with her,till today I have not received a payment into my account therefore I called in again and spoke to Thandeka who also promised that Ziyanda will call me back,during the telecon I advised her that her work mate never calls me back she then said to me she will make sure she calls me, to this hour no call returned from Ziyanda, false promises from the staff no refund on my account , I am disappointed in the service received after having received wonderful service when I purchased the initial tickets when refund is due I'm experiencing a nightmare
