Poor Service Greyhound Jhb to Matatiele

Greyhound bus service to Matatiele route buses are old and break now and again. I am currently in Jhb parkstation the inconvenienced caused by this bus as I was told there is a 2h:30m delay. I feel the Greyhound bus disrespects and undermines people of Matatiele and Mt. Fletcher. I hope the Greyhound management will look into this matter and take serious action by provide us with New buses for this Route, and insure punctuality lastly treat your customers with respect by ensuring excellent communication and service.
