Poor service from Greyhound

Poor unprofessional device, bought my Greyhound bus tickets 3 days before departure. No Greyhound bus came in Midrand, after making numerous calls I was told that there is no bus, I was supposed to board Citiliner. I eventually got a Citiliner bus after an hour.. I will never use this bus again, disappointed
