poor service from greyhound bus/call centre

poor service ,booked a bus which was business class got to the park station the call centre agent did the booking incorrect

ended up sitting in an upper decker and on top of that had to rebook out of my own pocket even thou greyhound was at fault they never take responsibility at all

the greyhound service is really deteriorating
