Poor Service from Greyhound

My daughter and I booked a return trip on Greyhound leaving on 22 December from Durban to Johannesburg and returning on 23 Dec. On both trips the cleanliness of the buses were poor. The headrests were dirty and so were the curtains. On the return trip there were none of the complimentary tea and biscuits or movies. This trip was meant to be an express trip with only a stop at halfway but there was a detour to Vereniging and then two further stops in PMB and Pine town, making it an eight hour journey. The drive from Pietermariztburg to Pine town was not pleasant as it seemed as though the driver was trying to make up for lost time and speeding and went through three red robots in Pine Town. When the driver was told to slow down he became very defensive and aggressive. The buses were also late on both trips.
