Poor Service from Bus Drivers and Complaints Dept

I'm riding from Pretoria to Cape Town in one of their coaches right now. 20min ago we had stopped at Potchefstroom and the driver left us in a locked Bus for about 10min, with no Airconditioning!!!

Everyone in the bus was sweating and trying to call for help from other motorists to no avail. The driver comes back and we ask him to open our door so we could all catch some fresh air, and he refuses. It's like we are prisoners as I'm writing this review. I'm so disappointed!

I called Greyhound's Complaints Dept and a man called Nonhlanhla takes the call. All he said was, "Let me call the driver" and he dropped the phone! I got no reference for my call nor reassurance the problem will be resolved. This bus's aircon is still not working. We are at the mercy of a driver who is so rude and knows that we are helpless in here!

Greyhound Leadership, I was excited that you are back in business but I'm unfortunately going to spread the news of how pathetic your service is and how *********** your Complaints Dept is. No more Greyhound Buses for me. Period!!!
