Poor service

I booked a bus to Polokwane on the 5th of March 2023 at 08:30 am. On the 4th of March at 20:00, I received a text message that the bus was canceled with a full refund. I sent all the required documents for the refund to be processed And now it's towards the end of August and still have been without the refund. I have been emailing Leesa Van Staden and Ridwaan Seedat for months now only to be given empty promises and poor service. This is annoying as the company is quick to take your money for a service they are not interested in providing. I urge everyone not to ever use these services as you'll be utterly disappointed if not worse. They are forever late, rude, and unreliable
