poor service disgusting conditions

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in my Life. Booked 2 seats with Greyhound dream liner and landed up on Eldo bus - appalling to say the least. No refund offered and zero customer service. Filthy and toilets apauling. Wind screen wipers did not work so the bus driver had to drive slowly etc etc I have tried calling to no avail and sent emails - still no answer - disgusting service
