POOR SERVICE

This is by far the worst experience, the bus had technical problems prior to us leaving Durban but the driver continued.. Multiple unnecessary stops along the way meaning the pick ups where also late meaning the bus was moving behind schedule. So all of this is just tip of the iceberg as the bus got stuck in Bethelhem while we waited for a technician to come and assist.. Beyond disappointed
