Poor Service

First time trying this bus and will never again!! Terrible service! My mom has been waiting in the hot sun from 11:00am this morning for a bus that was suppose to leave 11:35. As I'm typing now it's 5:48pm and she's still waiting for a bus. Poor communication! Instead of being honest with people by giving a time they'll arrive they keep saying it's running late. 6 hours later they sent a message now they'll send another bus which will take another hour to arrive. Imagine what time they'll arrive in jhb Park Station. There's a reason we booked for a specific time. Don't ever take this bus if you don't have people to pick you up because when you get to your destination there's no transportation to go home and it's not safe.
