Poor service and miscommunication

I booked Citiliner for the 29th December 2025. According to our tickets departure was at 8h30 from Durban front beach to Midrand. We got the very early and waited until 08h50, when I called them to find out if the bus is coming I was to go to Durban station because the but would not come. That was never communicated, had I not called them what was going to happen. We paid R200 to get to front beach and had to pay another R200 to get to the station, no responsibility taken by Citiliner for this. Worse, the bus is full of ****roaches and needs a major fumigation and cleaning. Our vacation was spoiled by all these.
