Poor service

Good evening, on 24 February 2020, much disappointed in the service rendered to us as defence force members,the drive asked what rank we are, treated us as if we never paid for our seats wherever asked to reduce the temperature of the heater it would be problematic. The manner in which the drive specifically the older one would address us was unprofessional.
