Poor service

It's such a shame getting ****** by a big company like cititliner , I booked a bus from midrand to umzimkhulu and I choose the citiliner plus , yes it picked me up from midrand engine in new road , but I was told to swap busses at the station to a normal citiliner and it was hot as hell like the air con was not working , and also and there where no charging ports , my question is why I have to pay for something but I get I different service
