Poor service

Poor service Delay of 2hrs is a sign of poor customer service. I booked a bus leaving Joburg at 18H00 suppose to reach Cape Town following day 12h05. Suprising the bus only arrived in Cape Town @ 14 h15 no valid explanation given All crew members including the act as if all is normal my other friend who took Intercape same time arrived on time in Cape Town
