Poor Service

I Booked a bus for me and my son from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The bus arrived late at the pick up point and the bus was filthy and clearly showing that it was in a very bad condition but the drivers still forced the trip to carry on. Just before Beaufort west the bus broke down at around 18H30 and we never received any assistance until 11H30 the next day. We slept on the road without water and they only came with an old but operated by Eldo coaches. The bus was very old and not close to the ticket price we paid. The service of this two companies is pathetic. They simply told me the is not refunds for mechanical breakdowns.
