Poor service
Their service is very very poor and disgusting. Bus stuck from 7am before Beaufort West. we waited for technician for 6hours which he arrived around past 1pm, he failed to fix the bus and left around 15:15PM and until now we are stuck. we asked the driver what is the way forward he is telling us the bus is coming bus but he doesn't know where the bus is coming from or what time will the bus arrive.
They keep sending us stupid sms that they apologize for inconvenience and we'll get refreshments when we arrived at Beaufort West.

Since we have been stuck at Ubuntu Municipality at 7AM now is 20:53 still no bus has arrived to transport us to Cape Town so far we don't know what's gonna happen. Bad service ever, they don't care about their customers. This is very frustrating.
They must practice customer service and be professional.they should have resolved this issue as soon as possible not to abandoned us for 14hrs in the middle of nowhere as if we didn't pay transport fee. Worst experience ever. I will never use Grayhound bus.
