poor service

I booked a bus for 12h05 from midrand to durban, the bus got stuck at villers due to a leaking pipe, had to wait for mechanics to come fix it and literally 5min drive later the bus broke down again. I had to wait till 9pm for a bus to come from Johannesburg to pick us up to durban. All greyhound could do is buy us petty burgers and cold drink and a sorry. We have work to go to and it's cold and their buses and very uncomfortable. We want a refund for this stupid service they gave given us!
