Poor Service

<p>I travelled with Greyhound on the 15th of december 2016 going to durban from pretoria, From the start it was just bad as we where ferried on a citiliner bus from pretoria to johannesburg the bus smelled urine the whole way it was just stinking bad , Then when we got to johannesburg we were made to wait for close to 2hours , and that time i'm travelling with my 9year old and my wife , it was just a bad experience as we left jhb to durban at 12:30am having been there since 10pm, the unfortunate part was that i had bought return tickets with them, same experience coming back we waited at durban station we were suppose to leave at 11am but guess what even 11:15 bus left before us, we got to jhb and we are ferried again to pta on a different bus mixed with citliner passenger with our luggage just thrown without proper tickets, i guess when you from pta and you use greyhound you are less valued i will never reccomend it to anyone and im going to post this on twitter and facebook</p>
