Poor Service

I am so disappointed especially for the mere fact that I find myself doing this to one of my favorite bus lines...I booked a bus for 22:00 pm from Durban to Johannesburg only to find that its a whole messed up process...I only left Durban T 23:30 04th September due to bus issues moved from one bus to another...after paying R580 for premium service ...you don't even get premium treatment...then the bus vreak down twice to only get to joburg at 9am...like we have lives that we plan around...No apologies...no manner of approach...it's basically a I don't care issue. The service was very poor if that's the correct word.
