poor service

Been using greyhound services for the past 6 years..and I've noticed within that time frame their service has just slacked from what it used to be.I wouldn't know where to start if I spoke about their bus delays. And recently the lack of bus crew members how can one driver with out a proper crew drive from durban to joburg all,im not if it's a cost reduction strategy but whoever you must realise you driving people not dolls..if your prices are to remain slightly higher then that of your competitors then I believe that you should up your game. We can't even get offered a glass of water on your busses
