Poor service

I wonder what happened to Greyhound coaches we have accepted that the standard has dropped drastically while unfortunately we have no other solution when travelling from Newcastle to Jhb. To add to this on the 18/06 the bus arrives late and You know what no apology, no explaination. Bus was 40 minutes late. Must we accept this inconvenience and pay full price for it. Greyhound is just a bigger taxi.
