Poor service

On website its say that you can refund your money on a ticket, refund will come in 20 working days ,this is not true . I've been waiting for my refund for more than 45 working days keep on calling them with the same answer that they give me i must email them and the emails is unresponsive they dont reply back on any of the emails no communication what so ever ,this is unacceptable. The call centre people is also un reilable ,keep on giving empty promises. I WANT MY MONEY
