Poor service

Bought a ticket going to Harare on the 17 July 2015, bus left at 20:00 per schedule. Less than 10 km from parkstation we had a break down, waited for close to an hour before the mechanic came. After another 30 mins he said he fixed the problem. travelled for 10km more and had a similar problem, had to wait for more than 30 mins for the mechanic. called the greyhound call centre and they say the only thing we can do is being patient as they have no solution ? even if we wait 10 days
