POOR SERVICE

I have no idea who is running Greyhound or if they know what they are doing, you are certainly killing your business and reputation slowly and surely. I booked a Greyhound bus destined for Bulawayo on 3 July, departure time 8.30pm, but we only left at 9.15pm, apparently we were waiting for a bus that was travelling from Harare. we arrived in Bulawayo on Saturday at 4pm and the same bus offloaded us and loaded passengers heading to Johannesburg, so this bus did Harare, Joburg, Joburg, Bulawayo and then Bulawayo Joburg. On my return trip the worst was yet to come, scheduled departure time was 4pm, but only departed at 1am!!!, again we were waiting for a bus that was travelling from Joburg, really, come now, what type of service is this, why do you have one bus to service the Joburg-Bulawayo, Bulawayo-Joburg route. You must be out of your mind, are you trying to get us killed. If running the route has become costly, why not increase fares and give passengers good service instead of running such a pathetic bus service.
