Poor service!!

The bus was late!! The toilet was soooo smelly yet I was seated in the front seats.. It was soo cold inside the bus Yhoo!! When we complained to the drivers, they said that the front passenger door cannot close properly so the air was just coming inside. The bus also had a faulty window!! It was my first time and never again will I ever use it again!!!! Regrets, regrets, regrets!!!
