Poor service

The service received from Greyhound is actually appalling. I purchased 2 tickets to George through Computicket, which I must add were brilliant in handling my matter; but I had to cancel my trip after my mother was induced into a coma. The trip was for the 21st of April 2025 from George to Midrand.

I requested a refund from Greyhound and to date I have not even received an email acknowledging my request. I’ve wasted so much money calling to enquire the status of my refund but they keep sending me from pillar to post with no definitive response. I am actually appalled that such service would be acceptable and if this is how they intend on remaining in business by deny passengers their refunds.
