POOR REFUND SERVICE
1 August 2024, I submitted my refund form for 2 tickets that I had cancelled and plus all the required documents. Now it's almost 3 weeks without processing the refund. When I check with them, they give excuses all the time, but when I cancelled my tickets they were quick to deduct the fine for cancellation. I have emailed ***, ***, *** and *** .
