Poor quality busses!

Reading some of these reviews while on my trip back to Durban on Greyhound "dreamliner" I can only agree with most of these posts ... Tiolets are dirty, aircon and heating seldom work properly and the whole free Wi-Fi and entertainment setup on the bus is terrible. The Wi-Fi never works, neither does the aux jacks for headphones. A few days on a similar trip to Kimberley the bus was so freezing inside and after asking to turn up the heat we were just ignored. Bus was an hour late today as well. Doubt we will be using Greyhound services again.
