Poor quality

The most *********** company ever!!! 3 hours late right now and no one is apologising, instead all the workers are rude as hell to passengers!! Never again will I use Greyhound from park station to Richards Bay, charging slots don't even work yet you pay for premium quality, lights don't switch on, nothing works!!! Waste of money. ****roaches everywhere on the bus.
