Poor experience

Growing up we frequently took bus trips back and forth from Durban to Johannesburg and last week after many years I decided to relive those childhood memories. I travelled from Durban station to Johannesburg and appalled by how poor standards your organisation now carry.

The staff were so unpleasant and unwelcoming, the drivers seemed to be lacking moral and hating their environment. This was shown towards other passengers as well.

A simple thank you at the end of the trip was met with no reaction and disgruntled faces. I understand that there is no obligation towards the consumer but it does not hurt for a person to show some sort of sincerity and be pleasant. After all, these are the people that are representing your organisation and the face of your business. Sadly that nostalgia was not relived so I for one will never engage in these services again.
