Poor customer service and failure to deliver

Greyhound bus lines are no longer the buses we know and can trust; got on a Eldo bus in Pretoria at 4:30 to be transferred in park station into the greyhound dreamliner premium that i paid for to cape Town , it is 20:34p.m as i write this review and i am still waiting at park station and no one has come to reassure us that it will arrive 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😞😢
