Poor customer service and communication

Very poor communication i will never in my life book this bus,they send sms to my son that the bus is going to delay when he got there but the socend time that they gave him they said but fortunately managed to cover and arrived in time ,so they cant help him coz the bus left him ,who fault is it as my son has sms from them regarding change of time,i hate this company will never ever in my life work with them Bus from east london to jhb
